The GN2 S Pen will work on Galaxy Tab devices with Due south Pen, but you couldn't for example, use it with a HTC or iPhone.

The S Pen is a Wacom device, and then needs the handset to accept a Wacom screen & drivers to piece of work.

No because it is a potentiometer stylus. That means information technology converts the movement of the pen into electrical signals. That requires a ability source which it doesn't accept. The digitizer create a magnetic field which powers the spen.
So other telephone don't accept it and you can't apply spen with them. You can use a conductive stylus which simply stimulates your fingers
